Vicki was drawn to the Whiteroom Finance team to share Chris White’s drive and passion, and assist him in helping people access the most suitable finance options for their needs and goals. Vicki puts her best into everything she does and brings extensive experience in customer service, finance, and operations management.
Vicki has a dual role as Operations Manager & Broker Support. As Operations Manager, Vicki ensures the smooth running of the business day-to-day, and supports Chris in the key decision making processes. With her Broker Support hat on, Vicki loves to chat with you to support you to understand your needs and how Whiteroom Finance can assist. Her warm and engaging nature makes you feel comfortable and supported in the process.
Stephen has worked in customer-centric industries for the majority of his career. Most recently in real estate, Stephen has developed a very strong sense for customer needs, and how to support you on your decision making journey. Prior to this, Stephen worked very closely with a broad range of people from all walks of life as a School Chaplain and Youth Pastor. This experience, further reinforced in real estate, gives Stephen a unique ability to engage with and assist you to uncover your own needs.
As an integral member of the Whiteroom Finance team, Stephen provides our clients with support and guidance through the application process. He helps to understand your situation and provide the information Chris needs to be able to make the most appropriate recommendations for you.
Stephen is currently working toward obtaining his Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Working in financial services over 20 years led Chris to identify a gap in the finance market; he found his clients were not getting the support they needed from their bank or their broker.
