Kurtis has worked with the finance industry through the Big 4 banks for the past 17 years. He has stepped into the finance broker world to provide a greater range of service and to work with all business and individuals big or small.
Majority of this time has been spent working with businesses within Kalgoorlie Boulder community to help grow and meet their financial goals. Kurtis understands that finance is not just about money but relationships as well, he is passionate about customer service.
He prides himself on his local community engagement being an active management committee member of the Kalgoorlie Boulder Chamber of Commerce, committee member and Junior Coach at North Kalgoorlie Cricket Club as well as Commissioner within the the Goldfields Football League.

Chris has 10 years’ experience specialising in the agribusiness sector in Esperance and Great Southern including managing and analysing cropping, horticulture, and livestock farming businesses, and servicing the needs and requirements of family run farming businesses through to large corporatised agribusiness enterprises, both pre and post farmgate.
Experience in financing Carbon Sequestration Projects, in particular Human Induced Regeneration (HIR).
Experience working with pastoralists on Eligible Interest Holder Consents required under Carbon Sequestration Agreements.
Experience across Interest Rate Risk Management, Commodity Hedging, cash flow budgeting, Year in Year out modelling.
Vicki brings to the team an extensive experience in customer service, finance, and operations management.
As Operations Manager, Vicki ensures the smooth running of the business day-to-day, and supports Chris in the key decision making processes. When required, Vicki will also put on her Broker Support hat to assist and support clients to understand their needs and how Whiteroom Finance can assist them.
