Kurtis holds active management positions across a range of community programs in Kalgoorlie Boulder, including as a management committee member at the Kalgoorlie Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KBCCI), is Commissioner for the Goldfields Football League (GFL) and as a committee member and junior coach at the North Kalgoorlie Cricket Club. Above all, throughout his extensive involvement, Kurtis is highly motivated to ensure continued growth and development for Kalgoorlie Boulder.
